Having lived here for the past five months, my kids and I could not be happier to call this community home. ​The property grounds are consistently well-maintained, and the peaceful, quiet atmosphere at night makes it a wonderful place for a family. Any maintenance requests or concerns are addressed immediately—there is never a long wait for support, which gives us immense peace of mind. ​What truly sets this community apart, though, is their empathy and human touch. When I ran into an unexpected situation and was late on rent this month, the management worked directly with me with patience and understanding. Where many other places would have taken immediate legal action or turned a blind eye, this team demonstrated that they truly value and care about the residents in their community. ​I want to give a special shout-out to Brandon and Arlyn in the leasing office. They are absolute superstars who go above and beyond every single day. Their dedication, kindness, and genuine care have made a world of difference for my family, and I could not be more grateful for everything they do!

I recently toured the apartment community, and Arlyn made the entire experience absolutely fantastic! From the moment we walked in, it was incredibly welcoming, professional, and Arlyn was genuinely attentive to our needs.Arlyn took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for in a home. During the walkthrough, they expertly highlighted the best features of the layout, from the great natural light to the storage space. Arlyn was also completely transparent, patiently answering all of our questions about pricing, fees, and the application process without making us feel rushed. Super quick process to get signed! I had to leave my apartment for health/safety concerns and they were able to get me a unit in two days! Super straightforward process and the apartment was cleaned right before I came. This is the easiest it’s ever been for me to move somewhere.

I already had a friend living here and I was wanting to make the move myself then, luck would have it, I did end up needing to suddenly move and do so quickly. Arlyn was incredibly swift and helpful in this process and I could not be more grateful. The apartment complex itself is well taken care of, quiet and safe. It's right by trax and the freeway entrance so it's easy to travel from. Pricing is more than fair for the units as well. Trash valet, pets allowed, laundry, this places serves!!!!!
